At Corps, we are looking to the horizon, pioneering new technology and having tough conversations about our future.
Sustainability, by definition, means to meet our current needs without compromising the needs of future generations. We recognise that in order to be considered sustainable, we must work in a way that:
- Supports our local and national economy
- Protects biodiversity and the natural environment
- Gives back to the community
- Supports health and safety
- Supports the sustainability of our business
At Corps, we are rising to this growing challenge.
Key areas of sustainability
Community
As a team that is almost completely locally based team, we inject the majority of funds back into the regional economy – predominantly supporting our community and local business.
Environment
We recycle and repurpose glass, asphalt and bitumen right here in the Pilbara, a part of our bigger goal to reduce our carbon footprint by 30%.
Health and safety
We are committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for people and the environment.
